One Hundred In One
Fifty days until the one year anniversary of My Fitness Project (March 21st).
Through the end of January, I have lost 84.5 pounds. To get to one hundred pounds in one year, I have to lose 15.5 pounds in the next month and half. That also happens to coincide perfectly with Caponiti’s Bachelor Party Debacle (March 20-22), so it provides perfect motivation for me. I haven’t seen the Emory group as a whole in at least eighteen months, if not more. Might as well bring some much needed eye candy…
So, to keep track of the countdown, I have put together a new spreadsheet and chart. I’ll throw it up here once I get a few data points going this week. Basically, I have lose an average of 0.32lbs per day (~2.2lbs/week).
It’s doable. And it’s going to be done.
See. You. There.

Another family weight loss challenge? You have to use an actual scale this time and not just guesstimate your way/weigh to victory…
Alright, I am in, $50 bucks
