A pie chart breaking out my daily activity type. I workout more often than I don’t, even with prolonged periods of not working out while on trips and vacations.

You can see my daily weight change based on activity type. I gain weight on days where I don’t exercise, mostly because those days fall on vacation, and I also gain weight on days on which I just lift weights. That leads me to assume that I’m adding lean muscle mass. If I do cardio, I lose weight.
